If you are into dirt road this is the trail you are looking for. It leads out to Katrinelund's sea bar, and goes back the same way. The trail is signposted.

In the bicycle town of Örebro, you can easily start in the center and follow nice bike paths on the way out to Närkeslätten. Leisure is a good name for most of the trails, all of which passes a lake. If you have a lot of energy there are challenges for you.
