See a new part of Ramsberg's beautiful areas on varied terrain with a perfect picnic stop at Lake Ösaren, which gave the trail its name.
Ösaren does not contain as many slopes as Harsprånget and Sju stigar, but offers several nice sections of trail mixed with quiet forest gravel roads and glimpses of the lake in Ramsberg's beautiful cultural villages.

Ramsberg is a historic mountain village that has been known by its name since the time of Gustav Vasa. The notorious thief Lasse-Maja was born in Ramsberg and the famous children's book author Elsa Beskow often stayed here in the summers. Today, the beach at Ölsjön is one of the most popular in Lindesberg municipality.
