Connection path from Kopparberg to Kloten which largely follows the old Klotbanan, one of many railway lines that were developed for the ironworks in Bergslagen.
The Klotbanan was built in 1874-1876 and was in use until 1934. It is said to be Sweden's steepest railway and required substantial steam locomotives. The trail requires some endurance, with its 280 meters of climbing.

About Kloten
In Kloten you will explore one of Sweden's largest nature reserves. High spruce-covered mountains and deep valleys frame pristine streams. The reserve ritch in moose, but there are also predators, such as wolf, bear and lice.
You ride the rolling dirt roads with your standard bike or mountain bike. For those who want to drive asphalt trails, it is not far to the nearest highway that passes outside Kopparberg.
