The trail is signposted from Örebro city. At the beginning, it follows the Katrinelund trail out of the harbor area and after Erik Rosenberg's cottage, the Kvismareleden turns south.

In the bicycle town of Örebro, you can easily start in the center and follow nice bike paths on the way out to Närkeslätten. Leisure is a good name for most of the trails, all of which passes a lake. If you have a lot of energy there are challenges for you.
